Challenge

The site needed a stackable, FIG-interchangeable loop assembly that could absorb thermal expansion and pulsation between fracturing pumps and the wellhead while keeping pressure loss and sand erosion low under large-rate duty.

Solution

Steinhart supplied Type 10 long-radius loop manifolds forged from 4130 alloy steel with FIG hammer-union ends (FIG1002/1502 class as specified), paired with long-radius swivel elbows for smooth flow path and site angle flexibility. Assemblies were hydrostatically tested and packed for container ocean freight.

Result

The loops enabled faster wellsite make-up, improved vibration compensation versus rigid spools, and supported continuous fracturing stages with documented MTR/NDT/hydrotest packages for the buyer’s QA file.
