Camlock (cam-and-groove) quick couplings use double-lever cam compression for manual, tool-free hose and pipe connection. Eight standard types cover male/female adapters, hose shanks, threads and dust caps/plugs.
Body materials: aluminum, 304/316 stainless or brass; seals NBR, EPDM or PTFE. Sizes 1/2"–6" (DN15–DN150), working pressure about 10–16 bar. Standards AA59326 / EN 14420-7 / DIN 2828.
Ideal for tank trucks, LP auxiliary pipelines and fluid transfer. Important: Camlock is a low-pressure fitting — never substitute for hammer unions on high-pressure fracturing mains.
