Choke valve is the core control valve for fracturing, acidizing and wellhead blowdown. One-piece forged 4130 body; continuous handwheel adjustment of spool opening regulates flow rate and pressure under high-pressure, sand-laden erosion.
Wing (hammer-union) or RTJ flanged ends; tungsten-carbide trim for long life. Bores 2"–4"; API 6A; optional NACE MR0175. Often assembled with plug valves, straight pipes and swivel elbows into complete HP manifolds.
Hydrostatically tested before delivery. Union type for quick install; flanged type for long-term fixed wellheads.
