Flanged high-pressure straight pipe is a basic straight fitting for oilfield HP manifolds. One-piece forged 4130 with RTJ or RF flanges at both ends for bolt-up rigidity and reliable sealing under vibration.
API 6A pressure classes 3,000–20,000 PSI; bores 2", 3", 4", 6" and more. Lengths typically 0.5–3 m or custom to manifold layout. Phosphating and red anti-corrosion paint finish.
Assembled with flanged elbows, tees and plug valves into complete HP manifolds for fracturing fluid, mud, crude oil and high-pressure water.
