Hammer Union Cross
Four-way forged 4130 cross with FIG or flange ends for multi-channel splitting and converging on HP fracturing manifolds.
Quick answer
Forged 4130 hammer-union cross for multi-way HP manifold flow — FIG or flange, API 6A, 5–20k PSI.
Key facts
- Product type : Oilfield fitting
- Application : Fracturing / cementing / wellhead
- Country of origin : CN
Hammer union cross is a four-way splitting/converging fitting forged from 4130. Compared with conventional crosses, FIG hammer-union ends speed field assembly for high-rate, sand-laden fracturing, cementing and well testing.
Configurations: equal-bore, reducing, Y-type; all-union, mixed union/flange, or all-flange RTJ. Ratings 5,000–20,000 PSI; bores 2"–4"; FIG1002/1502/2002. Optional NACE MR0175.
Smooth internal transitions cut vortex and local erosion. Hydrostatically tested; commonly paired with loop manifolds, Y-tees, plug and choke valves.
