Product
High-Low Pressure Combined Manifold Skid
Integrated HP discharge and LP suction manifold skid for large-volume shale fracturing — forged 4130 HP side, API 6A/16C.
Quick answer
API 6A/16C high-low pressure manifold skid for shale fracturing — forged 4130 HP side, 10–20k PSI, custom ports.
Key facts
- Product type : Oilfield fitting
- Application : Fracturing / cementing / wellhead
- Country of origin : CN
High-low pressure combined manifold skid mounts HP output and LP suction manifolds on one steel base for whole-unit hoist and fast wellsite hook-up. Widely used in shale oil/gas and tight-reservoir high-rate fracturing.
HP side converges proppant-laden fluid from multiple frac pumps via forged crosses, plug valves, check valves and FIG unions toward the wellhead. Large-bore LP side feeds blender fluid to pump suctions. Vents and pressure taps support gauges/transmitters.
HP working pressure 10,000–20,000 PSI; HP bores 3-1/16"–7-1/16"; LP 750–1,500 PSI with 8"–12" lines; 6–24 customizable HP inlets. NACE optional. Modular skid with lifting lugs and forklift pockets.
