High-Pressure Plug Valve
Full-bore forged 4130 plug valve with FIG, flange or thread ends for rapid on/off control on fracturing manifolds.
Quick answer
API 6A forged 4130 high-pressure plug valve, 10–15k PSI, full bore 1"–3", field-replaceable seals.
Key facts
- Product type : Oilfield fitting
- Application : Fracturing / cementing / wellhead
- Country of origin : CN
High-pressure plug valve uses a one-piece forged 4130 body with full-bore flow path and metal–rubber composite sealing. Low operating torque and good erosion resistance support fracturing, cementing and well-testing manifolds.
Ends configurable as FIG hammer union, flange or thread; wrench or handwheel worm-gear operation. Plug and seal assembly are field-replaceable. Sour-service FKM seals meet NACE MR0175; standard NBR for normal service.
Working pressure typically 10,000–15,000 PSI; sizes 1"–3" full bore. Manufactured to API Spec 6A.
