Product
Loop Manifold
Closed-loop high-pressure manifold assembled from forged pup joints, long-radius swivel elbows and FIG unions for fracturing fluid transfer.
Quick answer
API 6A forged loop manifold with long-radius swivels for fracturing truck-to-wellhead transfer — 5–20k PSI.
Key facts
- Product type : Oilfield fitting
- Application : Fracturing / cementing / wellhead
- Country of origin : CN
Loop manifold (loop swivel manifold) is a closed high-pressure assembly of straight pipes, long-radius swivel elbows and FIG hammer unions. Forged 4130 construction absorbs vibration, thermal expansion and displacement during fracturing, cementing and well testing.
Long-radius loops are preferred for low pressure loss and erosion resistance; short-radius for compact cementing layouts; swivel-integrated designs reduce leak points. Ratings 5,000–20,000 PSI; bores 2"–4"; FIG1002/1502/2002 with Type 10 or Type 50 elbows.
Stackable for transport, highly interchangeable with global oilfield equipment. Optional NACE sour service; 100% hydrostatic tested. Commonly matched with plug and choke valves.
