Product
Nylon Hammer Union
Lightweight glass-fiber PA66 nylon hammer union for low-pressure return water, mud circulation and irrigation — not for HP fracturing.
Quick answer
PA66 nylon hammer union ≤1.6 MPa for LP mud/water lines — lightweight, rust-free; not for fracturing.
Key facts
- Product type : Oilfield fitting
- Application : Fracturing / cementing / wellhead
- Country of origin : CN
Nylon hammer union is a quick-disconnect low-pressure coupling injection-molded from glass-fiber reinforced PA66. Male/female subs, wing nut and seal ring follow metal FIG geometry for fast hose or thread make-up.
Only 1/5–1/7 the weight of steel unions, rust-free, electrically insulating and resistant to water, oil and weak acids/alkalis. Working pressure ≤1.6 MPa (230 PSI); temperature −20°C to +80°C.
For low-pressure return water, mud circulation, irrigation and chemical transfer only. Never use on high-pressure fracturing or wellhead lines. Avoid impact, strong oxidants and long UV exposure.
