Product
Y-Type Manifold Tee
One-piece forged 4130 Y-type manifold tee for high-rate fracturing with lower pressure drop than T-tees.
Quick answer
Forged 4130 Y-type manifold tee for fracturing — lower pressure drop than T-tees, FIG or flange ends, API 6A.
Key facts
- Product type : Oilfield fitting
- Application : Fracturing / cementing / wellhead
- Country of origin : CN
Y-type manifold tee is a key splitting and converging fitting in oilfield high-pressure manifold systems. One-piece forged from 4130 alloy steel with a Y-shaped flow path, it splits, converges and diverts high-pressure fluid with less impact and erosion than conventional T-tees.
Available with FIG hammer union or RTJ flange ends in equal-bore, reducing or angled styles. Compliant with API 6A; NACE MR0175 sour-service optional. Commonly paired with loop manifolds, plug valves, choke valves and high-pressure straight pipe.
Typical service: fracturing, cementing and well testing with sand-laden media at 5,000–20,000 PSI. Every unit is hydrostatically tested before delivery.
